I have joined Twitter. This was a news story I noticed just after I joined.
“Twitter ‘costs businesses £1.4bn’”
“When it comes to an office environment the use of these sites is clearly becoming a productivity black hole.”
Warren Buffet, one of the world’s richest men, is the sort of role model we are looking for at the moment. He provides a contrast to the city bankers who have caused a global economic meltdown by gambling away our money. Warren Buffet is very rich, but comes across as a good man, one with philosophies, ideas and principles and someone who gives his money away as well as making it. He has systems to make money, but he also breaks his own rules. He is an original thinker. For the public, it is a relief to find a money making person who is to be admired. He gives us license to aspire to riches as he is an honorable man.
